Before requesting a refund
If your goal is simply to stop being charged again, you don't need a refund — you need to cancel the recurring membership. See how to cancel your membership. Cancelling stops all future payments.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request one, contact us and include:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The date of the payment
- The amount charged
- The reason for your request
You'll find the date and amount in the purchase confirmation email from GTFCharge.
Including all of this in your first message helps us review your request without having to ask for more details.
How requests are assessed
Refund requests are handled case by case. What we can offer depends on the type of purchase, how much of it has been used, and how the payment was made.
Where a full refund isn't possible, we may be able to offer a partial refund or credit on your account instead. We'll explain what applies to your situation when we reply.
If your membership has been used, we generally can't refund.
How long it takes
Once a refund is approved, the money is returned to the card or account used for the payment. How quickly it appears depends on your bank — typically a few working days, sometimes longer.
I was charged after cancelling
If a payment was taken after you cancelled, contact us with the date and amount. Note that cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the period you have already paid for — you keep access until it expires.
I didn't mean to buy this
If a purchase was made by mistake, contact us as soon as possible with the date and amount. The sooner you get in touch, the more we can do.
If you believe someone else used your card without permission, tell us that explicitly in your message so we can treat it accordingly
